Join us for an unforgettable afternoon of music featuring our exceptional training ensembles. The String Orchestra, under the expressive direction of David O’Connell, will take you on a sweeping journey through classical masterpieces—from the Baroque brilliance of J.S. Bach and the rare, cascading textures of Malecki’s Concertino for Harps and Strings, to the deeply moving lyricism of Elgar’s Sospiri and a stunning arrangement of Dvořák’s Serenade for Strings.

Sharing the stage is our dynamic Training Band, directed by Michelle McCabe, bringing high energy and contemporary flair to the programme. They will showcase a vibrant selection of modern concert band works, including Carol Brittin Chambers’ Fearless, Holst’s classic Suite in E-flat, and thrilling narrative pieces by Steven Reineke, Michael Oare and JaRod Hall. Celebrating both timeless tradition and modern vitality, this concert promises something for every music lover.
